  • Contact us for a return authorization #.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of shipping.
  • Returns must be in original undamaged condition.
  • Refunds are issued upon receipt less packing and shipping cost.
  • Custom orders are not returnable

We have in depth experience in worldwide shipping of very fragile lighting since 1975 including valuable authentic antique Tiffany lamps worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Our ULTRA PACK system exceeds all industry shipping standards. Certain products are double ULTRA PACKED with one carton suspended inside another carton. In the unlikely event of damage, simply notify us and we handle everything FREE, no fuss, no hassle at no cost to our customer.

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders must be cancelled prior to picking and packing to avoid a cancellation fee.
Custom orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid a cancellation fee.
